The PLC trainer kit should be able to be customized (Switchable) different PLC brands easily.
The Programming software of PLC is required for all PLC brands.
The simulation software of to demonstrate output of PLC is also required for all PLC brands.
The Kit should have industrial look and HMI display
The installed laboratory will be focused to develop professional knowledge for our students and graduates in the field of industrial automation. The following are the probable application list of laboratory exercise that needs to be conducted in the training. It is preferred to have different module or real instruments (if Possible) to show the control.

2. Practical Interfacing different sensors signal to SCADA systems.
3. Practical Interfacing different sensors to Real Time Trends/Alarms.


4. Practical Interfacing different sensors to Historical Trends / data retrieving.
5. Data Management interfacing from SCADA to Excel
6. Practical Interfacing of SCADA Systems to PLC Hardware to control Plant from remote Locations.
